We are seeking a highly motivated HR Operations Intern to support our team with entry-level HR tasks. Our team is dedicated to devising and implementing various personnel systems to foster the growth of both the organization and individuals. You will be on the ground floor of a rapidly growing innovative start-up, with an abundance of opportunities to learn, contribute, and make big impacts!
Responsibilities & Opportunities
- Provide overall support for recruitment activities and collaborates on improving recruitment processes
- Support on-boarding to facilitate the smooth integration of new hires into the organization
- Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced HR environment
Required Qualifications
- Genuine sincerity and passion in HR duties
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Additional Information
Employment Type: This position is for an experiential internship and is unrelated to full-time employment conversion
Salary: Industry Standard
Working Period: The working period is approximately 2 ~ 3 months
(The extension of the employment period and the start date are both adjustable as needed.)
