Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated HR Ops Manager. You will be on the ground floor of a rapidly growing innovative start-up, with an abundance of opportunities to learn, contribute, and make big impacts!
#What you'll be doing:
- Design and update clear and accessible HR processes, guidelines and documentation.
- Design, implement, and enhance HR workflow/process – be a subject matter expert for all operational aspects of HR processes.
- Ensure the timely and accurate maintenance of HR systems, employee data and reports.
- Completes payroll & Social insurance and responds to payroll-related inquiries from relevant government and/or regulatory agencies.
- Provide support for HR projects and undertake additional responsibilities as required.
- Ad-hoc support to all other duties as required.
#What we need to see:
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in business English (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT), Google Sheet/Slide with surpassing data analysis skills

- Strong sense of responsibility and a collaborative attitude to work effectively in a team
- Ability to communicate smoothly with various organizational functions and roles
- Experience with or proficiency in using Douzone Amaranth (더존 아마랑스), Google sheet, Excel.
