The Network Hardware Engineer will play a pivotal role in advancing MangoBoost’s engineering capabilities, with a focus on scaling our network hardware solutions. This position demands deep expertise in Network System-on-Chip (SoC) development, network acceleration technologies, and enterprise-grade hardware design. Reporting to the CTO, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions on schedule.
● Network Card Expertise: Lead the design, development, and optimization of MangoBoost’s network acceleration portfolio, driving innovation in DPU-based products.
● FAE and Technical Support: Oversee the Field Application Engineering (FAE) team to provide exceptional pre- and post-sales technical support. Foster strong technical relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
● Network SoC Development: Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and refine Network SoC solutions, ensuring cutting-edge performance and reliability in MangoBoost’s DPUs.
● Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with the CTO, CCO, and other stakeholders to align engineering
efforts with business goals, delivering customer-optimized solutions on time.
● Innovation and Scalability: Drive continuous improvement in hardware design and network acceleration technologies to support MangoBoost’s growth in AI and cloud computing markets.

The total target compensation for this position is between $200,000 and $250,000 annually. This includes base salary and commissions. The specific compensation offered will depend on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and skills, in alignment with our company's compensation structure.
