Position Overview

MangoBoost ​is ​looking ​for an ​Infrastructure Engineer to build ​and ​operate a ​stable and efficient ​infrastructure environment. ​This ​role covers ​a ​broad ​scope, from data ​center ​(IDC) infrastructure operations ​to ​supporting ​AI and HPC ​environments, contributing ​to ​the reliability ​and scalability ​of ​our services. The ​ideal candidate ​will leverage a strong understanding of infrastructure to improve operational efficiency, enhance monitoring and incident response systems, and drive continuous optimization in a fast-evolving technology landscape.


Responsibilities & Opportunities

IDC Infrastructure Operations & Management

  • Perform rack mounting, cabling (fiber/UTP), labeling, and asset management for servers and network equipment
  • Monitor power (PUE), temperature, and humidity in real time using FMS, and respond to environmental incidents
  • Optimize power distribution (PDU) for high-density GPU racks and manage hot/cold aisle configurations
  • Replace faulty hardware components (e.g., disks, memory, PSU) and update firmware (BIOS, IPMI)


HPC & AI (GPU) Cluster Operations

  • Build and operate GPU-accelerated AI training clusters and optimize compute resource utilization
  • Manage job schedulers (e.g., Slurm) and allocate resources and quotas by user/project


Infrastructure Monitoring & Change Management

  • Manage physical infrastructure changes and expansions based on MOP (Method of Procedure) documentation
  • Establish integrated monitoring systems and handle incident response (on-call)


Required Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of experience in infrastructure operations and management
  • Hands-on experience with IDC physical operations (racking, cabling) and server hardware troubleshooting
  • Experience operating Linux servers, including kernel and network performance optimization
  • Experience managing large-scale GPU clusters or HPC environments
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve root causes of issues


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with FMS or DCIM solutions for data center environment management
  • Experience with high-speed networking such as InfiniBand or RoCE
  • Experience optimizing resource utilization using HPC schedulers (e.g., Slurm, LSF)
  • Experience collaborating with hardware vendors (e.g., Dell, HPE, Supermicro) for maintenance and support
  • Experience in infrastructure security assessments and compliance with security guidelines
  • Experience designing and operating cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, NCP)
