Position Overview

We ​are ​seeking ​a highly ​skilled Corporate Strategy & ​Planning ​Manager to ​join our Corporate ​Management Group. ​This ​role is ​responsible ​for ​leading company-wide (U.S. ​& ​Korea entities) strategic ​planning ​and ​operational initiatives, overseeing ​budget management ​and ​financial performance ​analysis, preparing ​executive ​meetings, managing company ​policies, conducting ​initial legal/patent reviews, and serving as a key communication hub with internal and external stakeholders.


Responsibilities & Opportunities

Corporate Strategy & Operational Planning

  • l  Develop annual and quarterly business plans, define key metrics, and set company-wide targets.
  • Monitor monthly performance and report results and improvement plans to the executive team

Budget Management & Financial Analysis

  • Plan and manage quarterly budgets for major items, review spending status, and execute monthly/quarterly closings.
  • Analyze company-wide financial performance (P&L) and provide improvement recommendations to management.

Executive & Board Meeting Support

  • Coordinate agendas for regular and ad-hoc executive meetings and support Board of Directors operations.
  • Prepare meeting materials and minutes, and track follow-up action items.

Policy & Regulation Management

  • Review and improve internal policies (purchasing, security, contracts, business travel, etc.) to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Communicate updated policies to all employees, provide training, and ensure adherence across the organization.

Legal/Patent Review & External Liaison

  • Conduct initial reviews of legal and patent matters and act as the primary liaison with external law firms, accounting firms, and other advisors.


Required Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in corporate strategy or business planning at a large enterprise or global company.
  • Proven track record in preparing and structuring executive-level reports and presentations (proficiency in MS Office required).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to persuade and align stakeholders logically and diplomatically.
  • Data-driven problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in business-level English.
  • Hands-on experience and understanding of financial management, accounting, and financial statements.
  • Experience in budget management, financial closing, and P&L analysis.
  • Familiarity with data center, server, or semiconductor industries (domestic or international).
