Position Overview

MangoBoost ​is ​seeking ​a highly ​motivated Business Development Manager ​to ​identify and ​drive new business ​opportunities within ​the ​AI infrastructure ​and ​semiconductor ​market. This role ​will ​play a critical ​part ​in ​shaping go-to-market strategies, ​building global ​partnerships, ​and working ​closely with ​product ​and engineering teams ​to ensure ​successful product commercialization and long-term business growth.


Responsibilities & Opportunities

  • Identify new business opportunities through in-depth analysis of AI infrastructure and semiconductor market trends and competitive landscapes.
  • Develop and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies to ensure successful product launches and market entry.
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to manage projects, align priorities, and define product and business strategies.
  • Build and expand a global business ecosystem through partnerships with customers and strategic partners.
  • Share business performance and insights with internal and external stakeholders, supporting strategic decision-making by executive leadership.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • 3–7 years of professional experience.
  • Strong understanding of, or willingness to rapidly learn, AI infrastructure and semiconductor technologies.
  • Prior experience in business development, product planning, or technical sales at strategy consulting firm or technology-driven company.
  • Ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-growing startup environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and executive leadership.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in AI infrastructure or semiconductor-related industries.
  • Experience commercializing early-stage, technology-driven products and executing GTM strategies.
  • Experience in business feasibility analysis and revenue or profitability modeling.
  • Experience developing global data center customers and managing partnerships.
  • Business-level proficiency in English.
