Position Overview
MangoBoost is actively seeking skilled SoC (System-on-Chip) design engineers to join our Seoul office in Korea for SoC development. The role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including creating SoC architectures, optimizing performance/power/area, integrating cutting-edge processors/interconnects/high-speed interfaces/custom IPs, all aimed at producing high-value DPU SoC products.
Responsibilities & Opportunities
- Build SoC architecture for the system of DPU including our accelerator IPs, multi-core CPUs, high-bandwidth interconnects and high-speed interfaces
- Design full-chip level SoC optimizing performance, power, and area
- Verify and validate SoC level functionality and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Software, Architecture, SoC, etc.) to build a world-leading DPU system with high performance and reliability
- Opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with industry leaders to develop innovative solutions for next-generation server systems
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay updated with the latest SoC design flows and methodologies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor, Master, or PhD in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, with 3+ year industry experience)
- Experience in SoC development
- Experience with logic design or simulation with Verilog/System Verilog
- Experience with SoC development flows (e.g., logic design, verification, RTL sign-off, logic synthesis, timing analysis, IP integration or FPGA prototyping)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience and knowledge in building CPU sub-system and boot sequence
- Experience and knowledge in building system bus using commercial interconnect IPs
- Experience and knowledge in high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, Ethernet, or DDR
- Experience and knowledge in building platform security solution
- Experience in using commercial FPGA prototyping solutions
