Position Overview

MangoBoost ​is ​seeking ​a Production ​Manager to oversee global ​supply ​chain operations ​and manage end-to-end ​production of ​our ​products. This ​role ​is ​responsible for developing ​production ​and inventory plans ​aligned ​with ​sales forecasts, ensuring ​timely issue ​resolution ​during production, ​and optimizing ​logistics ​and supply chain ​efficiency. The ​ideal candidate will analyze and enhance global supply chain systems, manage production outsourcing partners and suppliers, and implement scalable production processes.


Responsibilities & Opportunities

  • Develop and manage production schedules and inventory plans based on sales forecasts
  • Identify, manage, and resolve production-related issues in a timely manner
  • Analyze and plan improvements to global supply chain and operations systems
  • Manage supply chain risks and optimize logistics networks


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain management, production planning, or contract manufacturing, or a related academic background
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and ERP systems
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, especially in cross-functional communication
  • Highly organized, responsible, and able to drive tasks systematically
  • Must be eligible for international travel


Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in SCM within semiconductor, electronics, or mechanical component manufacturing industries
  • Experience in sourcing, contracting, and managing global suppliers
  • Knowledge of BOM management, cost analysis, and optimization
  • Familiarity with international logistics, including customs, tariffs, and import/export procedures
  • Business-level communication skills in English or Chinese
  • High adaptability, strong execution skills, and a solid understanding of startup environments

Notice Regarding Return of Hiring Documents

  • This notice is in accordance with Article 11, Section 6 of the Fair Hiring Procedure Act, which allows job applicants, excluding the final successful candidate, to request the return of any recruitment documents they have submitted.
  • Job applicants who were not selected as the final candidates in the recruitment process are entitled to request the return of the recruitment documents they submitted within 180 days of the date the employment decision is confirmed. However, this does not apply to documents submitted via the website or email, or documents voluntarily submitted by the applicant without the company’s request.
