Position Overview

We ​are ​seeking ​a highly ​motivated and enthusiastic Sales ​& ​Marketing Coordinator ​to join our ​dynamic commercial ​team ​at our ​headquarters ​in ​San Jose, CA. ​This ​is a unique ​opportunity ​to ​work directly under ​the Chief ​Commercial ​Officer, playing ​a critical ​role ​in shaping our ​business strategy ​at the exciting intersection of AI and semiconductor technology.


The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with a strong background in market research and a passion for turning data into actionable insights. You will be the engine of our market intelligence, helping to identify new opportunities, understand the competitive landscape, and support our sales planning efforts. Responsibilities & Opportunities

Market Intelligence & Research:

  • Conduct comprehensive research on market trends, industry forecasts, and emerging technologies within the AI and semiconductor sectors.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape, tracking key players, their product offerings, and market positioning.
  • Synthesize research findings into clear, concise reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior leadership.


Sales & Partner Support:

  • Attend and actively participate in meetings with key customers, strategic partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate meeting minutes, highlighting key decisions and tracking action items to ensure follow-up and accountability.
  • Collaborate with the CCO and senior team members to support the development and execution of strategic sales plans.


Pipeline & Knowledge Management:

  • Support JIRA management for the business development pipeline, ensuring all opportunities are accurately added and updated as they progress.
  • Support the management of our internal Confluence information hub, curating and organizing documentation on everything from product planning and roadmaps to market information.


Opportunity Identification & Networking:

  • Proactively identify and research potential new business opportunities, strategic alliances, and key industry influencers.
  • Assist in building and nurturing a strong network of meaningful connections that support our commercial objectives.


Strategic Support:

  • Provide direct support to the Chief Commercial Officer on various strategic initiatives and special projects.
  • Work proactively to anticipate needs and provide solutions, operating with a high degree of autonomy under the guidance and supervision of the senior team.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Approximately 3 years of professional experience in marketing research, market analysis, or a similar role, with tangible exposure to sales planning or business development.
  • A demonstrable, genuine interest in and understanding of the technology industry, specifically in AI and semiconductor products.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with business and collaboration tools including Google Work Space, Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel), CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), JIRA, and Confluence.


Preferred Qualifications

  • A Master’s degree in a related field is a strong plus.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
