Position Overview

MangoBoost ​is ​seeking ​a highly ​creative and strategic Marketing ​Designer ​to define ​and elevate the ​company’s visual ​identity ​across both ​online ​and ​offline channels. This ​role ​will lead the ​development ​of ​marketing creative assets, ​translating complex ​technology ​and business ​concepts into ​compelling ​visual experiences that ​support sales, ​branding, and market expansion.


Responsibilities & Opportunities

Lead the visual direction of MangoBoost’s brand and drive impactful marketing design initiatives:

1) Sales & Business Contents Design (Visual Strategy for Business)

  • Enhance investment and sales materials by transforming complex
  • technical information into intuitive infographics, presentations, and business collateral (e.g., pitch decks, proposals).
  • Own offline marketing asset design, including booth experiences and promotional materials (e.g., conference booths, brochures, pamphlets, merchandise).

2) Digital Marketing & Campaign Creative (Digital Experience)

  • Plan and produce visual content optimized for digital channels—website pages, online ads, and social media platforms such as LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Develop and direct key visuals for product launches and major campaigns, and adapt them across multiple media formats including web, mobile, and print.


Required Qualifications

We are looking for a designer with strong visual communication skills and ownership mindset:

  • Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Ability to visualize and simplify complex or abstract information into clear, structured graphics.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to align and persuade cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, engineering, planning, leadership).


Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in brand design, marketing design, or related fields (agency experience preferred).
  • Experience working on global or international design projects (English communication skills preferred).
  • Proven ability to independently lead end-to-end design projects from planning to execution.
