Position Overview
MangoBoost is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to work directly with the leadership. You will drive the company's highest-priority initiatives—defining the right problems to solve, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring execution keeps pace with the speed of our growth. This role demands a structured thinker with strong intellectual rigor, a bias toward action, and the ability to communicate complex situations with clarity.
Responsibilities & Opportunities
You will operate as a problem-solver embedded with the leadership team, deployed against whatever matters most to the business at any given time. This includes but is not limited to:
- Drive C-level strategic priorities from problem definition through execution.
- Scope and structure high-impact challenges across the business, develop a clear approach, and drive them to resolution regardless of the domain.
- Run cross-functional initiatives across engineering, product, sales, and marketing, taking full ownership of timelines and outcomes.
- Coordinate product launches and customer deployments against technical and commercial milestones.
- Synthesize market and competitive intelligence into concise, actionable recommendations for the leadership team.
- Support partnership diligence and deal structuring with global data centers, CSPs, and AI companies.
- Build and refine operational processes that scale with the company's rapid growth.
Who You Are
- 2–5 years of total work experience, including 2+ years in top-tier consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG), a bulge bracket, or top-tier domestic IB.
- You break down complex problems in a structured way and communicate with precision.
- Intellectually rigorous with a strong work ethic. You hold a high bar for the quality of your output.
- Proactive and self-directed; you take full ownership of results without waiting for direction.
- Fluent in English and Korean—native or professional proficiency required in both.
- Strong interest in or ability to rapidly learn AI infrastructure and semiconductor technologies.
Notice Regarding Return of Hiring Documents
- This notice is in accordance with Article 11, Section 6 of the Fair Hiring Procedure Act, which allows job applicants, excluding the final successful candidate, to request the return of any recruitment documents they have submitted.
- Job applicants who were not selected as the final candidates in the recruitment process are entitled to request the return of the recruitment documents they submitted within 180 days of the date the employment decision is confirmed. However, this does not apply to documents submitted via the website or email, or documents voluntarily submitted by the applicant without the company’s request. If the recruitment documents are lost due to natural disasters or other reasons for which the company is not responsible, it will be considered as having been returned.
- Applicants wishing to request the return of their recruitment documents should fill out the Request for Return of Hiring Documents [Form 3 of the Enforcement Rules of the Fair Hiring Procedure Act] and submit it by email ([email protected]). The documents will be sent by registered mail to the designated address within 14 days from the confirmation of submission. Please note that the cost of registered mail will be borne by the recipient.
- The company will keep the recruitment documents for 180 days following the confirmation of the employment decision. If no request for the return of documents is made within that period, the company will dispose of all recruitment documents without delay in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
