  • Depending on the position, tasks such as assignment assessments (programming tests) may be conducted.
  • Technical interview, lasting approximately 1 hour up to 1.5 hours, involves discussing practical skills and projects undertaken by the candidate with members of the 
    team (There might be a request for a brief presentation material within 20min).
  • Executive interview, lasting about 1 hour and attended by the CEO and Executives, focuses on cultural fit-related discussions.
  • Before reaching a final approval, compensation negotiations and the coordination of the start date will take place.
  • For interns or contract positions, specific interviews may be omitted or added.
